We have four bedrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably. (Second floor Queen bed master with a little twin bed kids corner attached for a young child, another Queen bed room, a twin bed over full bed bunk room, a room with 2 full beds and then 1 pull out sofa in the living room, if needed). There is one full bathroom with tub/shower combo and two en suite bathrooms with showers and double vanities. Our spacious kitchen is bright and fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with seating. The dining area comfortably accommodates 10, perfect for gathering with your group. The generous TV/living room features a 55” smart TV, three sofas, and a cozy chair, offering plenty of space for everyone to gather around the mini gas fireplace (or A/C) and unwind after a long, salty day or during a rainy afternoon. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a cozy conversation nook with club chairs and a second mini gas fireplace, creating the perfect spot for intimate chats. No matter the weather, we’ve got your comfort covered with a brand-new mini-split heating and cooling system. Outside, we offer two private and inviting seating areas. One, just off the main kitchen, features a BBQ, seating for everyone, an oyster shell bar, and a mechanical awning to provide shade in the afternoon and evening. The other, near the kitchenette, is a sunny spot with Adirondack chairs and a double lounger, ideal for relaxing, napping, or enjoying a quiet evening conversation or marshmallow roast by the firepit, away from those calling it an early night. Our spacious backyard is perfect for tossing a frisbee, playing croquet, or enjoying a friendly game of cornhole.
